The Low Commitment Consultation will include up to two meetings with you at the project site, at our office or other location of your choice where you feel comfortable in discussing your needs and options. This report will include the following:
Design brief in line with your vision for the project
Review of the project site and its context.
Analysis and research of the project site vis-a-vis the proposed brief
Discussion of the project lifecycle and design process leading to construction
Review of various potential inputs by other consultants/engineers (Structure, electrical, Mechanical, Fire, other specialists)
Cost overview fee structure to include other consultants and local authorities.
An overview of the period required to successfully deliver your project (Design & Construction) Clarify the next steps.
It’s important that you have our design guides to hand during this consultation so that you are able to discuss this with our Architects.
